Since January 1st, the group is participating in the Optimization as a Service (OaaS) project lead by Prof. Oriol Sallent. This project is about designing a platform to help service providers and network operators to optimally deploy new advanced 5G services.

The project is funded by the EU Recovery Funds managed by the Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital under the UNICO-5G I+D Call of 2021
